Another Installment in my "Modern Vintage Vixen" series. These looks will have you finding your "Ricky" in no time ;-)
I used two looks, one is a spinoff on her signature polished and chic look and the other is inspired by an outfit we would normally see her in on I Love Lucy.
Lucille Ball is inspiring to me in many ways. I grew up with her and still to this day own every season of I Love Lucy on DVD and watch them all the time. She has a timeless beauty and will ALWAYS be a classic in my book. One of the most beautiful women to have graced our TV screens.
The makeup is kind of obvious pin up. White liner on the water line, Cat eye liner, Thick false lashes and a pouty red lip but OVER-state your cupids bow drawing just over the lines and widen it a little. Add a little highlight to your lip, contour and blush those cheeks and you're done!
Now add a spritz of a classic day-to-night scent, like Miss Dior Cherie by Dior and head out the door, Doll!

The new Old Navy Tee hoodie's are feminine yet comfy in great colors that a woman would WANT to wear. It isn't very often I had this problem, but I actually had a hard time picking one!
The look I created was based off of the first things that came to mind when I saw the collection of hoodies which include: Spring, Pastel, Easter, Macaroon, Breezy, Comfortable, Feminine, Comfortable yet Chic. I picture a woman in her room, getting ready to rush out the door on a laid back day -maybe running errands- and wanting to look put together and at the same time effortless. This is the type of thing I would pull from my closet. I'd get one in multiple colors for all my different moods!

Another Alexander McQueen set. You can wear this posh and feminine with neutral eyeshadow, cat eye liner and a matte pink lip. Or dress it up, chic and fashionable by using the same eye, larger flick in the black cat liner and a wine or dark burgundy 20's style lip. Pair with matte black french manicure with glossy tip.
